1General Terms

By accessing or using the y2matr platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between y2matr and the user.

Y2matr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Y2matr is an online entertainment gaming platform. Full compliance with these terms and conditions is required to access and enjoy all games and services. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Registration

To create an account on y2matr, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Each individual may register one account only.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided during registration must be accurate.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• You may be required to submit a valid ID (NID/passport) for account verification.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not permitted.

3Deposits & Payments

Y2matr accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• If you have a promotional code, apply it at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No hidden charges on deposits.

Y2matr reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional information may be requested for suspicious transactions, and a transaction may be placed on hold if deemed necessary.

4Withdrawal Policy

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from y2matr. This process requires you to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals on standard accounts are processed within 24 hours.
• VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Y2matr bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• A specified wagering multiplier must be met before bonus funds can be cashed out.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Y2matr reserves the right to void any bonus if evidence of abuse is found.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make a deposit.

6Gaming Rules

All games on y2matr operate using internationally certified RNG technology. Each game has its own rules, which you should read carefully before playing.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted by anyone.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, y2matr will resolve the matter in accordance with its established policy.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, match results are verified through internationally recognised sources.

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the y2matr support team within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y2matr. Any evidence of such conduct will result in permanent account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing fraudulent bets in collusion with other players.
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the game software.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward y2matr staff.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Y2matr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request to close their account at any time. Prior to closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance, subject to applicable conditions.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Information provided at registration will be used solely for account management purposes.
• Payment information is secured via SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

10Responsible Gaming

Y2matr believes gaming is entertainment, not an obligation. We support responsible gaming and provide players with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Activating a cooling-off period for a set duration.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion option.

11Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between y2matr and a user will first be addressed through direct discussion. Please contact our support team and describe your complaint in detail.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
• Y2matr's final decision shall be considered binding.

12Right to Amend Terms

Y2matr reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.

Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
